Marketing Coordinator
A Wealth Management firm in Northwest Baltimore County is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of the annual marketing plan and the overall strategic and creative direction of the firm
- Creating and maintaining social media accounts and creating and distributing custom email campaigns
- Assisting in the strategic growth of the company, while also increasing brand awareness and prominence in key market segments
- Formulating, initiating, developing and implementing strategic business plans and related marketing/branding programs designed to guide future growth
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2 years or more of industry experience
- Marketing expertise in the financial services industry, with individual/institutional wealth management
- Salesforce experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and multi- tasking skills – as well as an ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with creating and executing a marketing plan both to retain and gain clients
- Experience planning and executing seminars and events
- Ability to handle feedback and set long-term goals
